Yard is hiring a Senior Credit Risk Officer to join our fast-growing fintech lending team in Sydney. You will assess complex consumer mortgage scenarios, ensure strict risk and compliance standards, and mentor other risk professionals.

As part of an agile group, you will drive risk strategies, maintain quality controls, and support loan consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in ADI or non-bank lender with DLA in consumer residential mortgages.
• Experience handling diverse and complex residential mortgage scenarios.
• Pipeline management with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Builds rapport and maintains long-term customer partnerships.
• Meets risk, compliance and quality requirements of lenders or partners.
• Experience leading a team of credit risk professionals or willingness to lead.
• Develops and maintains risk management strategies and policies.
