Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of initiatives to strengthen Mobile Primary Bank for mortgage customers.
Design innovative customer propositions, loyalty programs and engagement strategies.
Use insights to identify growth opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
Partner with Mortgages, Everyday Banking, Consumer Lending, Digital, Marketing and Growth teams to implement initiatives.
