Job summary

MTP Services is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to join a large-scale government technology environment delivering critical digital products.

You will design, develop and support mobile apps across iOS and Android using React Native and TypeScript, integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs, and collaborating with analysts, designers and QA.

This senior, hands-on role requires strong mobile architecture, security and accessibility standards, and experience bridging RN with native modules.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial React Native experience across iOS and Android.
• Strong TypeScript experience and Expo familiarity.
• Experience bridging React Native with native Kotlin/Java/Swift/Objective-C.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and support mobile applications and integrations.
• Develop across both iOS and Android using React Native and TypeScript.
• Work with native mobile technologies including Kotlin, Java, Swift and Objective‑C.
• Ensure solutions meet architectural, security and accessibility standards.
• Participate actively in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI designers, QA specialists and other technical teams.
• Work closely with QA to establish effective test coverage using a shift-left approach.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST and GraphQL APIs and supporting services.
• Contribute across the full SDLC, including technical design, development, deployment and ongoing support.
