Job summary

SOTI Inc is seeking a Technical Support Specialist Level 3 in Mulgrave, VIC to act as a senior technical expert for Enterprise Mobility Management, handling advanced troubleshooting and customer-focused resolutions. You will mentor junior staff, document solutions, and collaborate across product, development, and services to improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, thorough problem solving, and readiness to work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Significant experience in technical support or enterprise software support.
Expert-level knowledge of SOTI MobiControl and enterprise mobility management.
Advanced understanding of mobile OS (Android, iOS, Windows) and networking basics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with proactive learning and technical excellence.
Bilingual English plus Vietnamese/Thai/Cantonese/Filipino/Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support for MobiControl and related solutions.
Serve as highest level escalation for critical customer incidents with timely resolutions.
Mentor Level 1/2 specialists and contribute to team capability.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, QA, and Services to improve products.
Assist with rollout of new features and internal training.
