Job summary

M&T Resources is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering cutting-edge AI, ML, and automation capabilities. This role spans the full AI lifecycle—from PoC to production—within a cloud-first environment and a hybrid working setup.

You will design, build, and deploy ML/AI solutions, implement MLOps practices, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes. Hands-on PyTorch, NLP, and transformer experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive production ML experience across the full AI lifecycle.
• Hands-on PyTorch, NLP and transformer models experience.
• Strong MLOps, monitoring and cloud deployment expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy ML/AI solutions in production.
• Develop and optimise NLP, LLM and transformer-based apps.
• Build and maintain computer vision and deep learning models.
• Contribute to experimentation, prototyping and PoC activities.
• Implement and support MLOps, model monitoring and CI/CD.
