Job summary

FUJIFILM MicroChannel is seeking an experienced senior systems engineer to lead Modern Workplace initiatives and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You will troubleshoot complex IT issues, mentor staff, and drive security and governance standards across the digital workplace.

The role requires advanced expertise in Intune, Autopilot, Entra/AD, and collaboration tools, with a strong security mindset and ability to partner with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, cloud operations, or modern workplace technologies.
• Advanced experience designing, administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Management, device compliance, application deployment, and device lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Purview governance.
• Windows Server administration with Entra ID / Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting across infrastructure, security, networking, cloud, and end-user platforms.
• Lead root cause analysis and permanent resolution of recurring issues while developing technical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Act as final technical escalation point for complex internal IT issues.
• Lead the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Drive Modern Workplace initiatives focused on employee productivity, mobility, self-service capabilities, and user experience.
