A health service organization in New South Wales is seeking a passionate Senior Clinician to join their Elver Program. This role involves managing complex presentations in young people while providing leadership and mentoring to junior clinicians. Employment Type: Temporary Full Time, 38 hours per week until 30/06/2026

Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Grade 2, Occupational Lvl 3, Social Worker Lvl 3, Speech Pathologist Lvl 3, Clinical Psychologist, Senior Psychologist
Remuneration: Based on classification
Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2: $2,170.29 - $2,241.59 per week
Occupational Therapist Level 3: $2,154.06 - $2,223.86 per week
Social Worker Level 3: $2,154.06 - $2,223.86 per week
Senior Psychologist: $2,284.57 - $2,475.55 per week
Clinical Psychologist: $2,093.71 - $2,551.92 per week
Speech Pathologist Level 3: $2,154.06 - $2,223.86 per week
About the Opportunity
The Elver Program is an innovative specialist mental health service for children and young people living in Out of Home Care across NSW. Children and young people serviced by Elver live with the adverse affects of trauma and abuse, including disrupted attachment, increased rates of mental illness and disability impacting their development.
We are looking for a passionate Clinician to join our team. The successful applicant will demonstrate capacity to work collaboratively and contribute to multidisciplinary care provision to complex children and young people.
What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Clinician will support the service delivery of the Elver OOHC model of care based in Parramatta and servicing NSW. The preferred person will demonstrate confidence with managing high risk complex presentations in young people, provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to junior clinicians and service partners where appropriate.
