Albury Wodonga Health is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager for the Benambra Recovery Unit in Wodonga. This permanent part‑time role focuses on clinical leadership, shift coordination and recovery‑oriented mental health care.

You will conduct mental health assessments, contribute to audits, and maintain high‑quality clinical documentation, while supporting a multidisciplinary team and individuals in recovery.

Qualifications

• Qualified mental health nurse with current registration.
• Experience in recovery‑oriented practice.
• Leadership and coordination of shifts in a mental health setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership within the unit.
• Coordinate shifts and rosters for the team.
• Undertake mental health assessments and care planning.
• Contribute to audits and quality improvement initiatives.
