The University of Western Australia invites applications for a Senior Lecturer – Medical Educator (Northam). This fixed-term, part-time appointment (0.2 to 0.4 FTE) is based in a regional Western Australian community and requires residents in or near the town of appointment. Base salary ranges from $149,909 to $172,441 p.a.

pro rata, plus 17% superannuation and rural/remote allowances. Clinical loading applies and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Experience in medical education and clinical teaching across rural settings.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and mentor learners in diverse clinical environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across health services and communities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver innovative medical education in rural/remote settings.
• Coordinate clinical learning experiences with health services and partners.
• Contribute to curriculum development and rural health scholarship.
