Qualifications

• Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA.
• Experience teaching, supervising or mentoring medical students, junior doctors and/or registrars.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Commitment to rural and remote healthcare, including rural medical education.
• Demonstrated understanding of Indigenous health and culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver innovative medical education, clinical teaching, mentoring and student support across rural and remote clinical settings.
• Coordinate high-quality clinical learning experiences through collaboration with health services, rural practitioners, community organisations, universities and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to curriculum development, rural health research, scholarly activity and the advancement of rural training pathways that strengthen workforce capability across regional Western Australia.
