QinetiQ, a global technology and engineering company, is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to join the Integrated Engineering Service team in Sydney. You will deliver technical engineering solutions for the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) program.

Reporting to the Program Delivery Lead, you will lead requirements management, design documentation, verification, and risk mitigation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering with Mechatronics/Robotics/Software/Electronics/Electrical focus.
• CPEng status or eligible to obtain.
• Experience with mechatronic or robotics systems and CAD modelling.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements definition and management for projects; design documentation and reviews.
• Configuration management and system verification activities.
• Develop, integrate and test software and mechatronic systems to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers for successful delivery.
• Advance Engineering Authority and competency portfolio within projects.
