Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Estimator in Australia to own cost estimates and tender proposals for diverse projects, including tunnelling and infrastructure. You will coordinate input across the business, liaise with clients, and hand over successful tenders to project management.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years in estimating, with strong MS Office and tendering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years estimating experience.
• Experience on tunnelling projects and various uses.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.
• Provide area forecasts and report project status.
• Manage multiple bids and act as liaison with estimating team and clients.
• Revise estimates and implement changes as required.
• Set estimating standards and ensure quality controls with the quality group.
• Lead client contact and hand over won tenders to project management.
