Aurecon Group in Brisbane is seeking a Senior/Lead Mechanical Engineer for our Building Services team. You will lead mechanical design packages on mid-to-large projects and act as discipline lead across concept to delivery.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and advise clients on complex building services outcomes. This delivery-focused role suits hands-on engineers who want leadership and client-facing growth in a dynamic consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered or working towards chartership.
• Experience delivering building services mechanical design in a consulting, contractor or client-side environment.
• Ability to mentor and lead others.

As a senior mechanical engineer in our building team based in Brisbane, you'll contribute to exciting and transformative projects across diverse sectors including aviation, health, defence, data centres and major event infrastructure.
