Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Cards Acquisition to lead the go-to-market strategy for a new Card proposition, focused on customer acquisition and engagement.

You will generate insights to shape the Customer Value Proposition, partner across product portfolios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver GTM plans and continuous testing for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit cards and/or financial services marketing.
• Proven ability to design cohesive go-to-market strategies with optimal channel mix.
• Ability to use data to tell stories and influence decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, data, and digital teams.
• Understanding of ROI/ROMI and campaign metrics.
• People leadership experience with at least 1 direct report; 8+ years in consumer finance marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the go-to-market strategy for a new Card proposition, delivering on business and customer goals, with a focus on acquisition and engagement.
• Generate and leverage customer insights to identify core strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Be customer-obsessed and partner across product portfolios to integrate customer strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver go-to-market plans and iterate for outcomes.
• Lead holistic reporting by product line, including learnings and next steps.
