Job summary

ProFound People is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high‑value maritime program. You will own planning, delivery and performance across time, cost and quality, guiding engineers, technicians and project staff while coordinating with stakeholders to sustain momentum.

The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering, a recognised Project Management Practitioner credential, and Australian citizenship with NV1 clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or similar discipline.
• Recognised Project Management Practitioner credential.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $10M+.
• Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) methods.
• Australian citizenship with eligibility for NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the maritime program ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met.
• Manage project team of engineers, technicians and staff across delivery phases.
• Develop costings, proposals and CCP plans; manage changes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and internal functions to maximise customer value.
• Maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships and regular performance reviews.
