Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience working with program managers and senior stakeholders to manage budgets and funding priorities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and empower a team delivering timely financial advice.
• Knowledge of the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and related partnerships.

• Lead the Training Program Funding & Finance team and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and modelling across Training Services funding.
• Work with program areas, TAFE NSW and Finance Directorate to manage complex funding arrangements and identify financial risks.
• Provide financial advice to support executive decision-making and ensure compliance with NSW Government accounting and Treasury requirements.
