Job summary

NSW Department of Education invites applications for a Finance Strategic Projects Lead based in Parramatta. You will drive the development, delivery and evaluation of large strategic projects across the department, working with Finance teams and senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements and ensure smooth transitions into business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading the delivery of complex strategic reform projects.
• Agile experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Aboriginal Education Policy and partnership with NSW AECG to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of complex strategic projects across the Department.
• Collaborate with Finance teams, senior leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for reform and drive improvements.
• Manage project planning, governance, risk mitigation, progress tracking and reporting.
