Job summary

Bentley in Brisbane is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Manager to lead the Brisbane office and manage a portfolio of entrepreneurial and privately owned clients. The role offers exposure across tax, business advisory and financial advisory, with advisory at the centre of the position, and a genuine pathway toward equity and partnership.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified
• 10+ years public practice accounting experience
• Currently operating at Senior Manager, Associate Director or equivalent
• Strong technical tax and accounting knowledge
• Proven team leadership and client management experience
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business advisory
• Confident working with entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of key entrepreneurial and privately owned clients
• Lead business advisory engagements from scoping through to delivery
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
• Review complex tax and advisory work
• Contribute to pricing, strategy and commercial decisions
• Support the continued growth of the Brisbane office
