Job summary

National Competition Council (NCC) in Canberra seeks a Senior Manager, Stakeholder Engagement and Public Education to lead the Council's national engagement, education and communications program.

As Senior Manager, you will develop engagement strategies, lead public education and advocacy on competition reform, produce communications materials, and coordinate consultations for reviews and annual assessments. This role requires proven leadership and strong policy communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a team in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience leading stakeholder engagement and public policy programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Council's stakeholder engagement strategy under intergovernmental funding.
• Lead public education and advocacy on competition reform and productivity improvements.
• Prepare communications materials, web content, speeches and publications.
• Coordinate public consultation for reviews, annual assessments and other Council work.
