Sa-Health seeks an experienced Senior Manager Speech Pathology to lead and shape speech pathology services across the Lyell McEwin Health Service. This full-time, fixed-term contract runs through to 25 February 2028, offering significant scope to influence service delivery for northern Adelaide communities.

About the Role

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Speech Pathology to lead and shape speech pathology services across the Lyell McEwin Health Service. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity through to 25 February 2028, offering genuine scope to influence service delivery for one of South Australia's growing metropolitan communities.

Your Scope and Impact

Reporting through Allied Health leadership, you will provide professional oversight of Speech Pathology and Audiology across NALHN and provide operational oversight of Speech Pathology and Audiology within the Allied Health Division. Your focus will span both clinical governance and people leadership, ensuring services are evidence-based, efficient, and responsive to the needs of the northern Adelaide population.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary speech pathology team across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Drive quality improvement, clinical governance, and service development initiatives in line with NALHN strategic priorities
• Manage departmental resources, workforce planning, and budget to deliver sustainable, high-quality care
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health colleagues to support integrated, patient-centred outcomes

To be eligible for this position, you must have anAppropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership for Speech Pathology Australia.
