Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Senior Manager Social Work to lead and shape social work services across CALHN sites. You will guide teams, influence strategy and build contemporary services that support best practice, workforce growth and better patient outcomes.

You will lead complex service planning, manage budgets, drive evidence-based practice, and develop staff through supervision and education while fostering partnerships with clinical and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Hold a Social Work degree eligible for full AASW membership.
• Bring strong operational clinical Social Work and leadership experience.
• Lead complex service planning, change and workforce priorities.
• Build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive evidence-based practice, quality and service improvement.
