DHL Express Australia is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Leader to drive security and resilience across Australia and Papua New Guinea. You will manage risk, compliance and incident response while guiding senior stakeholders and regulators.

You will lead crisis management, business continuity and security culture, ensuring programs are current, effective, and aligned with global standards. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility during peak periods.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years experience in Corporate Security – Essential.
• 5+ years experience in an aviation security regulated environment – Essential.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, investigations, crisis management, and incident response management.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Lead DHL Express Australia and Papua New Guinea’s security and resilience strategy, protecting people, customers, shipments, assets and information across the business
- Oversee security risk, compliance and assurance programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, global standards and the evolving threat landscape
- Provide expert security advice to senior leaders and the Board of Directors, while managing relationships with government, regulators, law enforcement and industry bodies
- Lead crisis management, business continuity and organisational resilience, ensuring plans are current, tested and effective in responding to major disruptions
- Drive a strong security culture through training, awareness, technology, continuous improvement and effective management of security infrastructure and key suppliers
- This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday during business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

- 8+ years experience in Corporate Security – Essential
- 5+ years experience in an aviation security regulated environment – Essential
- Diploma of Security Risk Management – Essential
- Knowledge of Security of Critical Infrastructure Act (SOCI)
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, investigations, crisis management, and incident response management
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Experience working with government, regulators and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and risk-focused approach
