Job summary

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking two experienced Managers' Assistants to support the Urban Growth Projects and Economic Development branches within Sustainable Growth and Planning. You will manage diaries, prepare reports and agendas, coordinate communications, and support HR processes and events to enable effective decision-making and service delivery.

These permanent full-time roles are based at Sunshine Coast City Hall, Maroochydore.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and tact in stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support including diary, meeting and workflow management.
• Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, agendas and minutes and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Support branch operations through administration, HR processes and stakeholder event coordination.
