Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Risk Management, Governance, Finance or related field.
• Professional certification or postgraduate study in risk management, governance, compliance, audit or related discipline is desirable.
• Strong experience in enterprise risk management, risk frameworks, governance or a related discipline.
• Understanding of regulatory expectations and contemporary risk management practices.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation.
• Experience developing, reviewing or enhancing risk frameworks, policies, standards and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and bring people on the journey.
• Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for lifting risk maturity across an organisation.

About you

You’re an experienced risk professional who enjoys building practical frameworks that help organisations manage risk effectively and make informed decisions.

You’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Risk Management, Governance,
• Finance or a related field.
• Professional certification or postgraduate study in risk management, governance,compliance, audit or related discipline is desirable.
• Strong experience in enterprise risk management, risk frameworks, governance or a related discipline.
• A solid understanding of regulatory expectations and contemporary risk management practices.
• The ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation.
• Experience developing, reviewing or enhancing risk frameworks, policies, standards and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and bring people on the journey.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for lifting risk maturity across an organisation.
