Job summary

Equity Partners Accountants Advisers in Braddon ACT is seeking a Senior Manager ready to progress toward partnership within a high net wealth advisory practice. You will manage a portfolio of high net wealth clients and complex business groups, mentoring teams and driving profitability.

You will build trusted relationships, lead strategic planning, and contribute to business development while shaping the future direction of the firm.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Extensive experience in a public practice accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of tax, business advisory and wealth creation strategies.
• Currently at a senior level in commerce, with private practice exposure.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.

About You

You are a natural relationship builder who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen.

You will ideally possess:

CA or CPA qualification.

Extensive experience within a public practice accounting firm.

Strong knowledge of tax, business advisory and wealth creation strategies.

Currently in commerce at a senior level, with some experience in private practice.

Proven ability to manage complex client relationships.

Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
