The Opportunity

  • Based at our Richmond and Melbourne CBD offices, Wurundjeri Country
  • $125K + superannuation and salary packaging

We seek a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Learning and Development, to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences that enhance capability, drive performance, and support our people to thrive.

In this role within the Talent and Capability team, you will shape our learning strategy, ensuring the right programs, platforms, and priorities are in place to support a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

About you:

You are a passionate learning professional with a proven record in delivering end-to-end L&D strategies and programs at scale. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a pragmatic, people-centered approach.

You’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in learning and development leadership roles, preferably within complex or rapidly changing community service or non-profit environments
  • Ability to design and implement data-informed learning strategies
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences
  • Expertise in program design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Experience managing compliance training and LMS systems
  • A collaborative, curious, and growth-oriented mindset
