The Opportunity
We seek a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Learning and Development, to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences that enhance capability, drive performance, and support our people to thrive.
In this role within the Talent and Capability team, you will shape our learning strategy, ensuring the right programs, platforms, and priorities are in place to support a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

You are a passionate learning professional with a proven record in delivering end-to-end L&D strategies and programs at scale. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a pragmatic, people-centered approach.
