An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager – FP&A to join a growing Financial Services business in a newly created role.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this is a broad and commercially focused position that will play a key role across Group financial planning, forecasting and performance management. You will partner closely with senior executives and business leaders, providing the financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making.
Lead the delivery of annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning across the Group.
Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to provide commercial insight and challenge business assumptions.
Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including detailed variance analysis, forecasting and forward-looking commentary.
Develop high-quality executive and Board reporting, translating complex financial information into clear commercial insights.
Provide analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and M&A activity.
Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support commercial decision-making.
Monitor key business drivers, identifying emerging risks, opportunities and performance trends.
Provide oversight across cost performance, headcount investment and capital allocation.
Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, financial discipline and accountability across the business.
Strengthen FP&A frameworks, processes, controls and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
Act as a senior member of the FP&A function, supporting and mentoring the broader team.
You will be an experienced FP&A professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-entity environment.

Strong experience across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and operational stakeholders.
Strong executive and Board reporting capability.
Advanced financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial analysis skills.
The ability to translate complex financial information into clear, commercially relevant insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
A continuous improvement mindset, with experience improving FP&A processes, reporting and financial controls.
