Job summary

Monash Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Clinical Documentation Services Digital Applications & Architecture to lead the operational, technical and people leadership of the clinical documentation function within the EMR. Qualifications

• Significant experience within hospital and EMR environments.
• Experience delivering and supporting EMR workflows.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across clinical, operational and executive levels.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science or a related discipline. Experience in healthcare or digital health is highly regarded.
• Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies and industry certifications such as ITIL, Prince2, PMP, CHIA, TOGAF or SAFe.

• Oversee the design, build, testing and deployment of clinical documentation workflows within Oracle EMR.

• Partner with clinicians, operational leaders and executive stakeholders to ensure documentation solutions meet real-world clinical needs.
• Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, quality and safety requirements.

About The Role

What We're Looking For

You are a proven digital health leader with a passion for improving clinical workflows through technology. You will bring:

• Significant experience within hospital and EMR environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting EMR workflows.
