Job summary

TAFE Queensland is seeking a Manager, Contract Administration to lead a small specialist team responsible for the execution and ongoing management of contracts supporting TAFE Queensland East Coast's objectives.

The role reports to the Director, Customer Experience and is based primarily at any campus within the TAFE Queensland East Coast Region, with possible work at other campuses as needed. This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity.

Qualifications

• No mandatory requirements.
• Minimum five years’ experience in business development or contract management roles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to transformation and cultural change by promoting values: Safety First, Working Together, Customer focus, Taking Responsibility and Initiative.
• Lead the implementation and execution of contracts, agreements and commercial arrangements to support delivery of the region’s objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring performance, compliance and reporting per contractual obligations and governance frameworks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a point of contact for contractual enquiries, negotiations and risk matters.
• Provide strategic, operational and commercial advice on contract management, governance, compliance and risk.
