Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Senior Manager, Care Translation to lead the Care Translation Team and champion evidence-informed improvements across the organisation. You will drive clinical advisory, practice improvement and implementation initiatives to enhance quality, safety and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare or aged care.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate research into practice and policy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.
• Understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Tertiary qualification in nursing or allied health.
• Experience in aged care or community care is highly regarded.
