Join a newly established Audit Operations and Quality team dedicated to centralising governance, performance, and risk management across the function. This role offers the opportunity to shape foundational processes and drive operational excellence from the ground up.
As the Senior Manager for Capability and Change, you will lead the direction and execution of change management and capability uplift initiatives across the function. In this role, you will be responsible for embedding a culture of continuous improvement and learning, ensuring alignment with Internal Audit’s strategy and professional standards.
