Mane Consulting in Sydney seeks an experienced manager to lead a client portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals and successful private businesses. You will deliver tailored tax advice, supervise junior staff, and work with senior management to strengthen client relationships.

The role requires CA or CPA, Masters of Tax optional, and a proven ability to identify opportunities for clients and the business, with strong communication and collaboration within a high-performing team.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar manager or supervisory role.
• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent).
• Masters of Tax is desirable, not essential.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of HNWI and business clients.
• Ability to identify opportunities for clients and the business.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior client service with long-term relationship building.
• Ability to collaborate in a detail-oriented team and mentor juniors.

• Experience supervising, mentoring and delegating to junior team members.
