Job summary

Dexus, ASX: DXS, is seeking a Senior Manager, Alternative Investments to own the full investment lifecycle for assets in the Alternative Investments portfolio, originate, structure and execute acquisitions and divestments, and drive asset performance.

You will lead cross‑functional deal execution across residential, healthcare and data centres, manage stakeholder relationships, monitor market activity, and shape asset strategies to maximise value and returns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transactions, Development and/or Investment Management.
• Ability to manage end-to-end deal processes with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Originating acquisition and divestment opportunities to support growth in Alternative Investments.
• Assessing and structuring transactions across asset classes and risk profiles.
• Leading end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence and coordination of stakeholders.
• Transitioning acquired assets into the portfolio and driving asset and development strategies to maximise returns.
• Monitoring market trends and opportunities to refine asset strategies.
