Job summary
Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across strategy, digital experience, content, platform integration, and data to modernize how products and services are discovered, specified, and transacted.
The role requires deep Industrial expertise, digital strategy experience, and strong program leadership to deliver AI-mediated buying journeys and scalable frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in Industrials
- Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, or platform initiatives
- Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and industrial channels
- Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or machine-readable content
- Understanding of digital marketing, product information management, or API-based integrations
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, data, or platform leadership to prioritize AI-readiness
- Proven ability to lead complex programs and cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead major workstreams mapping how industrial buyers navigate agent-influenced journeys across discovery to renewal
- Identify where agent mediation creates friction and redesign journeys and operating models
- Translate trends into use cases, GTM plays, and transformation roadmaps
- Advise clients on competing across direct, dealer, distributor ecosystems as AI mediates buying
- Lead initiatives to improve discoverability across search and AI-enabled environments
- Define strategies to improve content, UX, and platform experiences for humans and machines
- Guide teams structuring experiences for decision-makers and machine interpretation
- Oversee optimization of product pages and service journeys for better visibility and conversion
- Define real-time pricing, availability, and contract readiness for agents
- Partner with engineering and data to expose endpoints across catalog, pricing, and workflows
- Lead scalable frameworks for AI-assisted quoting and service transactions
- Establish data quality, governance, and monitoring frameworks across product, pricing, and dealer data
- Identify gaps affecting citation, recommendations, and transaction reliability
- Governance standards for updates across markets, product lines, and partners
- Collaborate with legal, security, and risk teams for privacy and compliant APIs
