Senior Management Accountant | Construction | Temp to Perm – Melbourne | $150K package

Your new company

Your new role

We are currently seeking a Senior Management Accountant to support a key regional business unit. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that will see you working closely with both the Finance Manager and Regional General Manager to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Delivering accurate monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting
  • Providing commercial insights and identifying areas for improvement
  • Managing working capital, revenue forecasting, and project valuations
  • Supporting tenders and bids with financial inputs
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvement
What you'll need to succeed
  • CPA or CA qualification
  • Construction, facilities management or similar industry experience
  • 5-7 years' experience in financial oversight and management reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, S4HANA, JDE, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
