Qualifications

• Degree qualified in maintenance discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with oil and gas experience.
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance management systems and CMMS software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools.
• Award of professional engineer status within local region desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance philosophies, strategies and delivery for onshore and offshore oil and gas installations.
• Manage CMMS data input and project-specific technical data from client documentation.
• Develop asset registers and hierarchy per project drawings.
• Conduct criticality assessments and facilitate FMECA/RCMs.
• Evaluate and develop maintenance concepts, programs and strategies for installations.
• Liaise with client authorities and discipline leads to deliver optimized maintenance requirements.
• Provide technical assistance on equipment and reliability issues.
• Perform audits of maintenance programs and provide compliance insights.
• Prepare data for reviews, client presentations and meetings.
• Ensure effective operation of CMMS systems and re-evaluate maintenance programs.
