Job summary

Verbrec is seeking an experienced Asset Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to provide senior technical support and lead delivery of maintenance projects across oil & gas, mining, power generation, and manufacturing. You will mentor junior engineers and help clients optimise asset integrity and maintenance performance.

You will apply asset management principles, RCA/RCM techniques, and CMMS experience with Maximo, SAP or Oracle, delivering high-quality deliverables and supporting business

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation, manufacturing, or other relevant industries.
• Experience working for both an asset owner and a consultancy will be highly regarded.
• CPEng status, or the ability to obtain it, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and discipline expertise at a senior level.
• Deliver asset management services and specialist advice to clients and project teams.
• Manage, lead and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Maintain a high standard of quality in the development and review of deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders and business development activities.
