Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join the M&A Tax Advisory team in Melbourne. You will work closely with Partners and tax specialists on complex M&A transactions, providing advisory support and leading tax due diligence and structuring efforts.

The role offers exposure to high-profile transactions, technical tax challenges, and opportunities to contribute to the growth of the M&A Tax offering within a national firm.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on M&A transactions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax matters in professional services or corporate environments.
• Experience mentoring or leading team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on M&A transactions, including transaction structuring and tax due diligence in conjunction with Partners and other tax specialists.
• Advising clients on complex tax technical matters related to transactions and corporate restructuring.
