RSM Australia in Melbourne seeks an experienced tax specialist with M&A experience to join our Corporate Tax team. You will work alongside Partners and tax specialists on complex M&A transactions across a diverse client base, exposing you to challenging advisory work and opportunities to contribute to growth.

You are a technically strong tax professional with experience advising on M&A and corporate tax matters in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with M&A transactions
• Strong knowledge of corporate and transaction-related tax issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management capability
• Mentoring or leading team members is a plus

Responsabilités

• Advising clients on M&A transactions and related tax aspects in collaboration with Partners and other specialists.
• Advising on complex tax matters related to transactions and corporate restructures, including research of legislation and case law.
