Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Senior Logistics Quality Manager in Victoria to lead the Quality Management System, drive regulatory compliance and champion continuous improvement across our warehousing, transport, cold storage and biosecurity operations.

You will oversee internal and external audits, maintain ISO 9001 across diverse sites, and partner with operational leaders to reduce risk and elevate service performance. A strong QA/Compliance background in logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Quality, Compliance or Quality Assurance leadership role.
• Experience within logistics, warehousing, transport, supply chain or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience managing audits and compliance programs.
• ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification highly regarded.
• Experience in regulated environments such as biosecurity, customs or export/import operations will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Leading and maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across warehouse, transport, cold storage and biosecurity operations.

Lead Quality & Continuous Improvement Across a Growing Logistics Network

Are you an experienced Quality Manager who enjoys improving systems, driving compliance and supporting operational excellence?

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System and also support our compliance functions across our logistics operations.

This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining ISO standards, supporting regulatory compliance requirements, driving continuous improvement initiatives and helping create a safe, high-performing workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Logistics Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our operations consistently meet quality, regulatory and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement across the business.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in a Quality, Compliance or Quality Assurance leadership role.

Experience within logistics, warehousing, transport, supply chain or related industries.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.

Experience managing audits and compliance programs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification highly regarded.

Experience in regulated environments such as biosecurity, customs or export/import operations will be highly regarded.
