Job summary

Boral Concrete SA in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our logistics function across concrete and quarry operations. You will design and execute the logistics strategy, maintain a safe and reliable fleet, and enable on-time customer delivery.

Your day involves driving regulatory compliance, resource optimisation across sites, and analysing performance metrics to improve safety and efficiency. You will support senior leadership as the logistics SME for the business unit.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in large-scale logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle regulations including COR and fatigue management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive safety and asset optimisation initiatives.
• Financial literacy and commercial sense to manage costs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the logistics strategy to support delivery to customers.
• Oversee compliance and safety across the logistics function and fleet.
• Optimise resources across Quarry and Concrete businesses, balancing contractors.
• Analyse performance using key safety, utilisation, financial, and ops metrics.
• Support GM and Leadership as the Logistics SME for the unit.
