Job summary

Randstad, on behalf of a large private fuel distributor, is seeking a senior logistics leader based in Tomago, NSW. You will oversee a fleet across four depots, driving safety, service and productivity through data-driven leadership and change management.

You will drive ERP integration to the Octane system, optimize fleets for fuel efficiency, and mentor warehouse teams through a period of transition while ensuring CoR and HSSE compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior logistics or operations role.
• Experience with heavy vehicles and distributed depots.
• Familiarity with Fuel or Dangerous Goods is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead systems change in ERP modules.
• Experience with performance management and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics team to deliver results, driving safety, service and productivity.
• Drive ERP integration, transitioning logistics to Octane for automation and visibility.
• Execute fleet optimization programs to improve fuel efficiency.
• Manage operational performance, coaching and mentoring warehouse and logistics teams during change.
• Ensure a safe working environment with CoR and HSSE compliance.
