McCabes Lawyers in Sydney is seeking a passionate commercial litigator with 2-4 years post-admission experience to join our established litigation and dispute resolution practice group.

You will work with highly regarded principals and lawyers across a range of complex commercial litigation, insolvency, and business advice matters, bringing commitment, resilience and attention to detail to every matter.

Qualificações

• 2 - 4 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation.
• Knowledge of the Corporations Act
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
• Ability to relate to people at all levels and effectively work in a team
• Practical and client focused problem-solving skills;and

We are looking for a passionate commercial litigator with 2 - 4years' post admission experience to join our established litigationand dispute resolution practice group. You will be working withhighly regarded principals and lawyers across a range of complexand challenging commercial litigation, insolvency, and businessadvice matters. You will be a lawyer who prides themselves on theircommitment, resilience, and attention to detail skills.
