Job summary

Insignia Financial's Legal team is seeking a senior in-house lawyer to support our superannuation and investment businesses. Reporting to the Head of Legal, Retail Master Trust & Employer Products, you will provide strategic, commercially-focused legal advice to senior leaders, Trustee Boards, and key stakeholders while protecting members' interests.

Qualifications

• Law degree and current Legal Practising Certificate.
• 10+ years' post-qualification legal experience.
• Deep expertise in superannuation law and Australian regulatory landscape.
• Strong commercial acumen with practical, business-focused solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading legal professionals.

Responsibilities
