GHD in Sydney, NSW, AU is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join a collaborative APAC team. This full-time, on-site/ hybrid role focuses on strategic engagement on major infrastructure and engineering matters, including reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and consultancy agreements.

• Experience in commercial contracting and negotiation, with infrastructure exposure.
• Ability to advise across employment, privacy, IP, disputes and governance.

• Review, negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial contracts for major infrastructure projects.
• Provide guidance on legal issues for technical and operational staff.
• Partner with Project Directors to support contract finalisation and execution.
