Enemix Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced construction lawyer for a short-medium term contract in Australia, with Melbourne or Sydney base and an immediate start. You will join a sharp legal team, handling front-end construction and procurement contracts on large wind, solar and storage projects.
The role offers exposure to a split contracting model and hands-on support across projects under construction, reporting to the General Counsel and working at the front end of construction.
Enemix is partnering with one of Australia's leading renewable energy developers to find an experienced construction lawyer for a short-medium term, high-impact contract. They have a strong pipeline of large-scale wind, solar and bess projects across multiple states, with some already under construction and others moving from procurement into build. That makes it the right moment to step inside a developer and see projects go from paper to steel in the ground.
You'll join a sharp, collaborative legal team made up of lawyers from top-tier and international firms and leading in-house renewables teams. You'll report to the General Counsel and work right at the front end of construction.
The developer uses a split contracting model, with turbine supply and install separate from balance of plant, rather than a single EPC. That means more varied and interesting contracting work than a standard EPC role, and real exposure to how large-scale renewables actually get delivered.
