GWA Group seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join the North Sydney team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). You’ll provide trusted corporate, commercial, governance and regulatory advice to help the business navigate risk while supporting growth and innovation.

• Australian-admitted lawyer with 5+ years' post-admission experience.
• In-house, top-tier firm, or sophisticated legal environment experience.
• Experience in ASX-listed environment, governance, compliance or company secretarial matters.

About You

You'll be an Australian-admitted lawyer with 5+ years' post-admission experience, gained in-house, within a top-tier firm, or another sophisticated legal environment. You will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice that supports business outcomes. Experience within an ASX-listed environment, governance, compliance or company secretarial matters will be highly regarded.
