Job summary

The Western Union Company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Legal – Sydney, Australia. Based in Sydney, you will support the Asia-Pacific Legal team by drafting and reviewing contracts, handling matter management, and performing legal research.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel, maintain accurate records, and contribute to diverse matters including commercial, regulatory, employment and marketing activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant legal or paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting lawyers and legal teams.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day paralegal support to lawyers in Sydney and Singapore.
• Draft, review, and prepare contracts and legal documents.
• Support marketing, regulatory, and commercial matters.
• Coordinate legal workflows and documentation.
• Maintain accurate legal records and filing.
• Liaise with stakeholders, external counsel, and vendors.
