In this role, you will lead and deliver engaging coursework, develop innovative curriculum materials, and guide students through lectures, tutorials, workshops and residential schools. Position Requirements
  • A PhD in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to take a team leadership role and mentor junior academic staff.
  • Experience engaging with tertiary students and supporting their learning through multi-modal delivery.
  • A qualification in adult education (e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment), or willingness to obtain.
  • Leadership and management experience with a strong track record of motivating and supporting others in a collaborative team environment (desirable).
