Join QTC's Education team in shaping impactful learning experiences for Queensland Government clients. We deliver high-quality, in-person training focused on financial and risk management to uplift public sector capability across policy makers, budget holders, asset managers, and finance teams.
In this role, you’ll manage and co-design tailored education programs, collaborate with providers and stakeholders, and support delivery across Queensland. You’ll also contribute to program evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure our services meet evolving client needs.
About the Role
As a key member of the QTC Education team, you will:
Manage the learning journey with clients, providers and internal stakeholders:
Manage and deliver tailored learning experiences — oversee the full client journey from request to evaluation, with a focus on in-person, synchronous courses.
Co-design impactful education programs — collaborate with providers and stakeholders to shape courses that meet public sector capability needs.
Support delivery and quality assurance — ensure high standards through program evaluation, feedback, and on-site engagement across Queensland.
Contribute to effective program management:
Lead end-to-end program management — oversee client and participant journeys from course request to delivery and evaluation, ensuring smooth coordination with providers.
Support strategic and operational delivery — manage contracts, contribute to growth initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to uplift public sector capability.
Drive reporting and process improvement — analyse data, enhance systems, and support day-to-day operations including finance, participant management, and vendor coordination.
What You’ll Bring
Program & stakeholder management – experienced in managing learning programs, contracts, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Learning design expertise – strong grasp of adult learning principles and co-designing impactful education experiences.
Communication & collaboration – skilled in facilitation, negotiation, and building trusted relationships across teams.
Analytical & reporting skills – proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using tools like PowerPoint to inform decisions.
Adaptability & leadership – demonstrates integrity, initiative, and composure under pressure, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles demonstrating overall competency.
Management consulting experience.
Desirable:
Qualifications in program management or learning design.
Experience in learning & development, especially in financial and risk management education.
Experience in co-designing education programs and managing vendors.
Public sector experience.
